Donor Policies


When donating to the Police and Community Engagement Fund, Inc., you are investing in the advancement of entire communities and hundreds of great organizations that serve their community regularly. Below are various opportunities to partner with this great initiative:   


Indirect Donations (In-Kind)


  • Chartered Flights/Shipping: The UNCA is seeking partners who will provide cargo and passenger aircraft or vessels for use, or are willing to provide financing directly to carriers on behalf of UNCA.


  • Distribution Sites: The UNCA is aggressively securing warehouse space throughout the Southeastern United States to support its CCCs in delivering goods. UNCA is seeking partners who will provide temporary (3-36 months) or permanent access to industrial spaces. Partners may also provide financial support directly to asset managers, to secure distribution sites on behalf of the UNCA Police & Community Engagement Fund, Inc.


  • Rolling Stock: The UNCA and its CCC partners are utilizing their fleet of vehicles to pick-up and deliver goods and services. Due to the magnitude of this initiative, the UNCA is adding routes to ensure a steady stream of goods and resources to communities. The UNCA is seeking partners who will purchase additional box trucks and trailers. Partners may also consider providing financial support for 6-month rentals directly to Penske, Ryder, or U-Haul on behalf of the UNCA.


  • Fuel: UNCA is seeking partners who will provide access to fuel for aircraft and vehicles. Partners may also consider providing financial support directly to fuel providers on behalf of UNCA.   




Direct Financial Donations

Direct financial contributions to the Police and Community Engagement Fund, Inc. are recommended for quicker responses to arising needs. Through a strategic vendor management process, the UNCA purchases goods and services at steep discounts, allowing for a more significant impact and life cycle of funds. Refund


All donations to Police and Community Engagement Fund, INC.  are appreciated. The Police and Community Engagement Fund, INC. will only provide refunds on financial donations under the following circumstances: 

1.) If the donor submitted multiple donations when the intention was a single donation. 

2.) If the donor has made an error in the amount in which they wish to donate.

Security

The Police and Community Engagement Fund, Inc. has made all reasonable efforts to protect our constituents' information with appropriate physical and electronic procedures to

prevent unauthorized access, both online and offline. In all cases, the Police and Community Engagement Fund, Inc. volunteers who have access to personal information are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and to protect this information in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.
